General Terms and Conditions

General

The prices on our homepage may be subject to fluctuations.

The price stated in your booking confirmation always applies.
Check-in is from 3pm to 8 pm, check-out until 11 am.

On the day of arrival and departure we will be happy to store your luggage until 8 pm.

Booking

The booking system on our website shows available rooms for the specified period. The prices shown are for the entire stay.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or change a booking that has already been confirmed, please send an email to:  reservations[at]atelierouvert.it. You will also find this email address in the booking confirmation.

Cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date is free of charge. Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival or NoShow will not be refunded.

Terms of payment

The full amount is due at the time of booking. Our payment service provider STRIPE accepts all major credit cards.

In addition, there is a visitor’s tax of € 2.50 per person per night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
